I agree my personal data be registered and used in the database of MaxPraga (name, surname, address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, information about purchasing). I give this permission for an idenfinite period of time and I am authorizated to annul this permission at any time in writing form.

This consent can be withdrawn at any time upon a written notification addressed to the seat of the company or by an email to max@maxpraga.cz. The withdrawal of this consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing performed pursuant to the consent given before its withdrawal.
