What we offer

The offices of MAXPRAGA are located in the historic center of Prague. We would like to welcome a person to our team who, in a young, dynamic environment in a company with extensive experience in the field of luxury fashion, would be in charge of tasks related to running the office, managing the company’s facilities, ensuring the agenda for company events and assisting in the preparation of projects. She would be able to collaborate with all departments across the company as well as communicate directly with management.

This position will allow the candidate to develop organizational skills, understand the workings of the company and gain experience in the fashion industry.

The position requires the daily use of MS Office tools and the Helios software (one of the most used accounting programs in the Czech Republic and Slovakia) and communication in Czech, Italian and English, thanks to which it is possible to significantly improve one’s own general and technical language skills.

Job description

  • administration of the company’s secretariat and reception, welcoming visitors
  • organizational support of the retail network and company management
  • working in company software, working with databases, creating tabular reports
  • close cooperation with the marketing and sales department
  • cooperation on the implementation of fashion events
  • minor translations and proofreading of documents
  • administration of contracts and communication with suppliers, clients and authorities
  • provision and organization of work trips and meetings

 

Qualifications

  • Secondary school/university, also suitable for graduates
  • perfect knowledge of Czech, fluent knowledge of Italian and English (oral and written)
  • good user knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office)
  • excellent organizational skills, systematicity and consistency
  • great communication skills
  • independence, responsibility, flexibility
  • representative performance
